We arrived on Friday night after dark to our campsite so we had to set up in the dark. When I finally climbed into the tent I took my nighttime (mostly prokinetic) supplements by dim headlight. Imagine my surprise the next morning at breakfast when I discover that I took all the Betaine HCL I had packed and not my prokinetics. That plus french fries was not a good combination on my poor sluggish digestion. I can tell you for certain that I do need my prokinetics and Betaine doesn't function as a prokinetic at all :) Ha!
Planning to start killing tomorrow. A bit nervous...
